Human Resources Manager

The Manager, Human Resources is responsible for leading the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including recruiting, policies and procedures, performance management, employee relations, benefits, training and development, and compliance. They will serve as a strategic business partner, ensuring all HR initiatives further the company’s goals and objectives. 

In this role, you will be a hands-on manager in Human Resources, reporting to the CEO.  

Custodian

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, ensuring restrooms, common areas, and workspaces are well-kept. This role includes restocking supplies, handling waste, and addressing general maintenance needs. The Custodian also supports seasonal tasks and reports any facility issues to management.

 

Printed Circuit Board Technician

The PCB Test and Repair Technician is critical in ensuring the quality and functionality of printed circuit boards used in electronic assemblies. This position is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing PCBs down to the component level, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques. Working closely with Test and Manufacturing Engineering teams, the technician will support ongoing production and new product introductions by identifying failure trends, implementing corrective actions, and training operators on proper testing and troubleshooting methods. This role requires a strong technical background in electronics, hands-on experience with SMT rework to IPC standards, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The PCB Electronics Tech will report to the Manufacturing Manager
