Human Resources Business Partner
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and a hands-on partner to all employees. This role demands a high-impact professional with a proven track record in manufacturing environments, adept at driving organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, and cultural alignment.
The HRBP will work closely with the CEO and executive team to shape and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and foster a high-performance culture.
Printed Circuit Board Technician
The PCB Test and Repair Technician is critical in ensuring the quality and functionality of printed circuit boards used in electronic assemblies. This position is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing PCBs down to the component level, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques. Working closely with Test and Manufacturing Engineering teams, the technician will support ongoing production and new product introductions by identifying failure trends, implementing corrective actions, and training operators on proper testing and troubleshooting methods. This role requires a strong technical background in electronics, hands-on experience with SMT rework to IPC standards, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
