The Vision VC-220 Controller by Kitchen Brains® delivers precision temperature and timing control for professional kitchens.

Designed for operators who demand consistency and safety, the VC-220 automatically monitors cooking and holding times to ensure food stays out of the danger zone (40°–140°F / 5°–60°C).

Its large vacuum fluorescent display (VFD), multi-color status lamps, and intuitive interface make monitoring cook progress easy, even from across the kitchen.

With up to eight independent product timing cycles and eleven programmable stages per key, the VC-220 adapts to any operation, from grilling and frying to holding and warming.
