What is the STANDARD WARRANTY?
Kitchen Brains warrants all new timers, computers and controllers for one year from the date of shipment including computers, controllers and timers.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE WARRANTY UNDERTAKING IN THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY GOODS THAT HAVE BEEN SUBJECTED TO ACCIDENT, DISASTER, LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT, NEGLECT, MISUSE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, CORROSIVE ATMOSPHERE HARMFUL TO ELECTRONIC CIRCUITRY, EXCESSIVE ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS, FAILURE OR INSUFFICIENCY OF ELECTRICAL POWER OR UNUSUAL ELECTRICAL SURGE OR SHOCK, NOR TO DYSFUNCTION OR MALFUNCTION OF, OR CAUSED BY, ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT OR DEVICE (OTHER THAN EQUIPMENT OR DEVICES YOU HAVE BOUGHT FROM (FAST.) TO OR IN WHICH SUCH GOODS HAVE BEEN ATTACHED OR INSTALLED.
RMA stands for Return Material Authorization. All returns are subject to our Quality Assurance inspection and Kitchen Brains Terms & Conditions. Returns that are “Out of Warranty” will not be evaluated without a purchase order or credit card on file. Please contact your Customer Service Representative for rates for evaluations and repairs. Evaluations and Repairs are billed at a flat fee of $220. If parts need to be ordered, a member of the Customer Service team will notify you of the additional charges prior to you being charged. Returns that are “No Trouble Found (NTF)” will incur the following charges: $55/each for all timers, computers, and controllers; and, $35/each for all probes and accessories. Your Customer Service representative will notify you if the charge applies to you. A Restocking fee of 25% applies to product being returned to stock for credit, shipped within one month of RMA request.
HOW DO I GET A RMA NUMBER?
Call a customer service representative at 1-800-FASTRON (1-800-327-8766) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
WHAT INFORMATION WILL I NEED?
Before you call, please have ready the following:
• Part Number of the product being returned
• Serial Number of the product being returned
• Date Code of the product being returned (if applicable)

Clearly mark the outside of the shipping container with the RMA number you were issued and send to:

IF MY PRODUCT IS OUT OF WARRANTY, CAN I STILL HAVE IT REPAIRED?
Yes. Before a RMA number is issued, a customer service representative will ask you for a purchase order or credit card number. Charges are accrued hourly with 1-hour being the minimum charge. Ask your service representative for current rates.
