Press the “P” key. ALMTIME 1 will be displayed then the actual time will come up XX:XX. To change the time, press TOGGLE CLEAR to zero the time out then type in your new time. Press the “P” key. ALMNAME 1 will be displayed, then the actual name will come up. Using the arrows keys, you can scroll through the library. Then press the “P” key. HOLDTIME will be displayed then the actual time will come up XX:XX. To change the time, press toggle clear to zero the time out, then type in your new time. Press the “P” key. ALL will be displayed.

A. If the key is not responding, there is a chance you may have a damaged keypad. Try to reset the timer by unplugging and then as you plug the timer back in, hold down the TOGGLE/CLEAR key. If the timer is still not working, it will need to be replaced.
