The Kitchen Brains Partnership Program provides all necessary components to allow for in-restaurant integration between Kitchen Brains’ Quality Production Management (QPM) system and 3rd-party Point of Sale (POS) systems. This comprehensive program includes software, documentation and support services and is designed to provide our partners with everything required to complete their development integration projects in a timely manner.

The goal of the integration is to provide a complete kitchen management solution that provides full coordination and visualization of food production processes. In order to make this optimally efficient, integration with the POS system and its data is required. Quality Production Management (QPM) requires the following real time data stream:

• POS sales transactions (used to deplete production products from on-hand inventory)
• Employees (as they are being added or removed from the system)
• Employee clock in and clock out events
• Catering orders taken (typically large orders taken for delivery at a future date/ time)
• Daily sales total (monetary total, once per day).
