PRODUCT MANAGER
We are looking for a DYNAMIC, HIGH-ENERGY, ACTION-ORIENTED INDIVIDUAL to join our team as Product Manager.
Responsibilities will include:

Responsible for defining product roadmap, timeline, prioritizing, planning, and driving the execution of the vision for the products.

Conduct surveys to gain insight on performance, product and market opportunities.

Work with sales, engineering and senior level management to create, design, market and deploy new products focused both at OEM and Retail channel.

Travel and cross-train with sales leaders on customer visits to assist in the selling cycle.
-
Possess business as well as engineering skills in order to strategize, drive and bring the product to market.
-
Must work extensively with customers while working cross functionally with Product Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Partners in order to successfully prioritize features and develop the products that our customers need.

Translate business priorities into actionable and clearly communicated product requirements.

Work closely with sales and customers to identify broad industry and product trends.
Requirements:
-
A minimum of 5 years product management experience, ideally having managed a complete product including features, pricing, licensing, and platform responsibilities.

B.S. in Computer Science or related technical degree preferred, Masters or MBA desirable.

Excellent listening, oral and written communication/presentation skills with strong ability to influence people at all levels and in various functions.

Must be able to demonstrate both a passion for technology and a strong aptitude for business strategy.

Develop a clear product roadmap that outlines the company’s path in identified markets.

Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) backed by input from market research, customers and sales.

Strong technology background with experience in M2M interfaces
-
High degree of flexibility and willingness to do whatever is takes to get the job done.

Ability to effectively interact with the sales force, customers, and the engineering team.

Experience with a SaaS product line and network deployments
· Background in defining the Human Engineering and Graphical User Interface for a product

Senior Embedded Systems Engineer
Reports To: Director of Engineering
Position Summary:
Embedded controls developer and architect with 10 plus years of experience. Experience designing and architecting user interfaces for graphic touchscreen products is required. Experience with embedded Java, embedded Linux, .NET and Windows CE is required. The successful candidate will also be an effective mentor for younger, less experienced team members.
Position Responsibilities:

Design, program and test enhancements and new features for the product line.

Lead in architecture and design efforts affecting the current and future technical direction of the product line.

Lead in the development of product functional specifications from time to time.

Mentor and train other less-experienced engineers.
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements:

Strong object-oriented software design abilities are essential to this position.

Must have the ability to work independently and to communicate ideas and concepts to upper management.

Will be expected to contribute to the improvement and extension of the application architecture.

Demonstrable software architecture and design experience.

Embedded Java, Android, .NET, along with Embedded Linux or WinCE
-
Strong background in embedded application development for robust industrial graphical touchscreen devices.

GUI design and implementation a must.

TCP/IP or Wifi experience preferred.

Audio/Video experience is a plus.
