Hugo Mejia was born in El Salvador with Spanish being his native language.  He began learning about FAST products over 10 years ago, as a Computer Assembler while attending school at Norwalk Community Technical College.   Mr. Mejia graduated with an Associate Degree in Electronics in 2002.

In 2004, he was promoted to our technical service department as a Technical Service Representative.  Since his promotion, Mr. Mejia has been helping customers answer their technical questions in both English and Spanish.

Jose has been working with Modularm products since 2004. Being educated and trained in electronic assembly, repair, and design he has gained experience in every step of electronic manufacturing. Through his years at Modularm he has worked in assembly, repairs, sales, customer service, technical support, quality control, new product design, and development.

In 2013 Jose began working at Kitchen Brains^®. He is excited to be part of a larger family and is looking forward to new experiences.

Alex Flores joined Kitchen Brains in 2013 as a Product Support Specialist for the Modularm product line. He brings over 14 years of experience in the electronics field in roles including Quality Control Tech, Repair Tech, Production Manager and Customer Support. Alex possesses great knowledge of various temperature monitoring equipment and how it works within the commercial kitchen space.

He is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Robert Alberino is a PC specialist and repair technician, with several years’ experience as a technical support specialist while running his own company. He has consulted with companies such as Target, Farmer Zurich Insurance and Bristol Meyers Squibb and received his BS in Business Administration from UNH.
